Our Story
At Ben Joseph, we have been handcrafting bespoke furniture in and around London for over 25 years.
Residential spaces to be lived in. Commercial bases to support your mission. With a reputation built on years of creating high-quality furniture that’s built to last, we take commissions from residential and commercial clients across London, Surrey and Kent.
Ben began our namesake business in 2001 as a sole trader and has nurtured it into what it is today through his pure love of making and crafting, working with his clients, and surpassing their expectations.
We live and breathe design and we love to bring your ideas to life. With our bespoke furniture, there is no compromise on design, quality, or finish. You think it, our experienced team will design and create it.

Our Process
Whether you know exactly what you’re after, or you’re simply playing around with a few ideas, we’ll envisage your furniture with you until we’ve designed a space that you love.
Our expert team of dedicated craftsmen lovingly make everything in our state-of-the-art workshop, using a blend of modern and traditional methods.
Our Workshop
With a large workshop and a dedicated team, there’s ample room to craft and create your commission – no matter the size.
Pop in any time and you’ll find the team hard at work at their benches filled with sketches and designs, carefully organised tools, and projects-in-progress. A media unit here, a home office there. All made using a blend of traditional and contemporary methods and polished off in our spray booths for a perfect finish.
When the finishing touches have been made, we’ll ensure every component fits together seamlessly before carefully installing it in your space.
